Thanks for visiting our Granite City web page. Our facility is one of LTC's newer locations. We have over 35 units including company drivers
&
independent contractors. Our staff includes 2 dispatchers & clerks. We
haul a variety of oils for our largest local
customer, Shell Oil.
Our drivers take loads as far as
Colorado and as close as Saint Louis. Most runs are dedicated meaning that
you go out loaded and come back empty. We have drivers who preload the
Shell trailers so the other drivers can spend their time driving
instead of sitting. Our drivers get home for the weekends if they want to
be, as well as week days if they want. Our contractors average over $1 per
mile, as well as 100% of our fuel surcharge, detention pay, a health
insurance plan they can opt to pay for and much more. Every driver has
just one assigned dispatcher. We drive some of the industry's best maintained equipment. I think that we offer whatever
it is you want whether it's
local, regional or over-the-road. I look
