LTC Earns RCMS Cerfication

Indianapolis, IN (December 4, 2007).  Liquid Transport Corp (LTC) of Indianapolis, Indiana is proud to announce that, as of 12/4/07, it’s been “certified” as conforming to the requirements of the of the American Chemistry Council’s Responsible Care Management System® (RCMS).

Certification followed months of preparation and over 20 hours of systems and compliance auditing by a third party Audit Service Provider, approved by the Board of Environmental Health and Safety Auditors.

This certification confirms that LTC supports a continuing effort to improve the responsible transportation and management of chemicals, placing a high priority on the protection of its associates, the environment and the general public.  It further confirms that it has the policies and processes in place, for not only maintaining regulatory compliance and Responsible Care related company programs and commitments, but has done so, successfully.   To see our certificate, click here.
