Rex Ecoff is the Chairman of Liquid Transport Corp.  Although he "cut his teeth" in the industry with Ecoff Trucking, which was founded by his father in 1936, Rex was named President in 1968.  Through the years, it has been Rex's vision to make LTC the best bulk carrier in the industry.

Toward this end, Rex was the recipient of the 2000 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Transportation, and on behalf of LTC, the 2000 Novartis Crop Protection's Bulk Carrier of the Year Award, the 2000 Ashland Chemical Carrier Excellence Award, and the 2000 Indiana Quality Improvement Award.  LTC's commitment to quality transportation service through adherence to on-time delivery, excellent customer service, and commitment to safety and the Responsible Care initiative is indicative of Rex's determination to take his father's start-up bulk carrier business into the 21st century as the industry's leader and to challenge everyone in the transportation industry to Discover what's behind the name.

Rex enjoys classic cars, Harley Davidson motorcycles and watching his son, David, drive for the LTC Race Team.  His daughter, Dana, is a massage therapist and keeps her dad relaxed...Rex and his wife, Rhonda, enjoy spending time with six grandsons and family.  They also enjoy going with other church members on missions to South America.
